The cession, without consent, of the data related to the title of numerous familia to the local entities, in order to apply an allowance about the IBI, it could be fitted out so much for the article 94 of the LGT, if it has been foreseen in a disposal of general character, as for the article 21 of the LOPD, if it takes place among the administrations for the exercise of its competences of promotion and protection of the families.
