The APDCAT presents the network of data protection delegates of Catalonia

The director of the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT),, Meritxell Borràs, accompanied by the data protection officer (DPO) and responsible for strategic projects of the APDCAT, Joana Marí,  and de DPO of the University of Lleida, Oscar Martinez, presents next Thursday, July 13 at 9.30 am "DPD in network", the first community of learning and collaboration of delegates of data protection in Catalonia.

It is a pioneering network throughout Spain, promoted by the APDCAT with the aim of bringing together the DPOs of the Catalan public sector, to promote training, expertise and the exchange of ideas and experiences among people who ensure that data protection regulations are complied with in Catalan organizations. The platform, which will open coinciding with the presentation ceremony, will offer courses, documentation, working groups and forums to provide knowledge and raise doubts or suggestions on relevant issues, such as privacy with the use of new technologies.
