The APDCAT presents the Catalan FRIA model at the 11th International Privacy Congress of APEP

The APDCAT will take part in the 11th International Privacy Congress of the Spanish Professional Privacy Association (APEP), which will be held in A Coruña on May 26 and 27, 2027.

The Head of the Legal Advisory Service of the Authority, Xavier Urios, and the Associate Professor of Private Law and Law & Technology at the Polytechnic University of Turin, Alessandro Mantelero will speak on May 27 at 9 a.m. about the Catalan FRIA model during the panel “All About Risk Assessment and Impact Assessment in AI.”

The congress aims to explore the latest developments, trends, and challenges in data protection, especially at its intersection with artificial intelligence. It also involves sharing knowledge and experiences and exchanging ideas and best practices with professionals from various fields.
