The APDCAT participates in the Meeting of Working Groups of the Ibero-American Data Protection Network (RIPD)

The Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT) participates from April 1 to 3 in the meeting of Working Groups of the Ibero-American Data Protection Network (RIPD), which will take place in Lima (Peru). Specifically, the DPO and head of strategic projects, Joana Marí, will participate in the meeting of the working group on neurodata, which works to analyze the legal bases of the treatments based on their purpose, as well as the principles, limits and guarantees applicable within the framework of the regulations for the protection of personal data in this type of treatment.
