Joana Marí and Alessandro Mantelero take part in the international conference ‘Del algoritmo al paciente ¿Más datos, mejor salud?’

The Head of Strategic Projects and DPO at APDCAT, Joana Marí Cardona, and Associate Professor of Private Law and Law & Technology at the Polytechnic University of Turin, Alessandro Mantelero, will conduct a workshop on impact assessments regarding fundamental rights in artificial intelligence applied to healthcare at the international conference ‘Del algoritmo al pcaciente paciente ¿Más datos, major mejor salud?’  [‘From Algorithm to Patient: More Data, Better Health?’], organized by the EmpoderDAT project. The working session will take place next Friday, October 17, in the courtroom of the Faculty of Law at the University of Murcia.

The EmpoderDAT project aims to empower patients and regards health data spaces and AI as key pillars of the new healthcare system.
