APDCAT participates in the HumanAI Forum

The director of APDCAT, Meritxell Borràs i Solé, will speak at the HumanAI Forum, a gathering of experts in artificial intelligence (AI) that will take place next Thursday, October 9, at TecnoCampus in Mataró. The event will focus on placing people at the center of AI development and will bring together experts, companies, and institutions to discuss how to apply ethical principles to AI. 

In addition to Borràs, speakers will include Sandra Ruiz Peralta, Director General of Economy and Digital Society; Xantal Llavina, journalist specialized in information and communication technologies and science communicator; Gemma Galdón, CEO of Eticas.ai; Ignasi Belda, Director General of the Spanish Agency for the Supervision of Artificial Intelligence (AESIA); Enric Bayó, Business Model Manager at ACCIÓ; Carles Planas, journalist specialized in technology and power; Paula Petrone, Director of Digital Health at CNS Barcelona; Albert Sabater Coll, Director of the Ethics in Artificial Intelligence Observatory of Catalonia (OEIAC); and Núria Salán, Vice President of the Catalan Society of Technology.
