The APDCAT participates in the ICT Day in Catalonia 2024

The head of the Legal Advice of the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT), Xavier Urios, will participate on Wednesday, November 13 at 6 p.m. in the 'Legal and ethical dimension' panel, as part of the Day of ICT in Catalonia.

The event, organized by GrausTIC, aims to reflect on the social disruption of AI and the challenges of cyber security. The panel will address the legal and ethical frameworks surrounding AI and cybersecurity in Europe, and analyze best practices to ensure ethical and safe self-regulation in the use of new technologies.
