RESOLUTION of the procedure of rights protection no. 98/2015, urged by the lady (...) against the Secretary's Office of Family, of the department of Work, Social Affairs and Families of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

The claim is loved for formal reasons, but it is rejected for reasons in the background, once the existence of a TAAD that solves the conservation of the documentation for a period of 5 years until the extinction of the effects of the title has been attended to. However a series of final considerations concerning the possibility of cancellation on behalf of the documents that compose the report are made.
