RESOLUTION of the procedure of rights protection no. 84/2015, urged by the Sra. (...) against the Municipal Institute of the Urban Landscape and Quality of Life of the Town Council of Barcelona.

The claim is loved since the Institute has not accredited to have given answer to the request, motive by which the Institute is required so that it gives answer in which it has to indicate that it prevents the cancellation if there is a duty of conservation of the data.
