The claim of cancellation is loved for the impertinence of the datum, in such a way that its conservation does not proceed. Consequently, the Town Council as a responsible for the treatment has to request the data to the Regional Government that they suppress to themselves of the platform e-Govern, as well as to any other entity to whom it had communicated the object data of cancellation.
