Access to electronic communications about the claimant.

The claimant has the right to access electronic communications containing personal data, unless personal circumstances or reasons that might justify refusing access or that contain statements, opinions or explanations made by the various interviewed persons referring to his or her employment situation, or his or her mood, psychological or physical. It is appropriate to refuse access to undocumented information or information on which no indication of its existence is provided.
