The claim of rights protection for partial denial is loved upward of access, to consider that the affected person had the right to acccedir to a certain documentation related to its acting person in the report of social services, not to be able to consider itself subjective annotations of the professionals, in which the law of reservation exercised was applicable for them for said professional.
