RESOLUTION of the procedure of rights protection no. 36/2013, urged by Mr. XXX against the Town Council of l'Hospitalet de Llobregat.

The claim of access to images is loved partially because although the town council answered -and to love- the request in the deadline of a month, the access did not make it cash in the 10 following days. Moreover, the Town Council did not give answer about the images of a camera that also the claimant referred to. Since some images cannot be facilitated for having canceled them, a judicial process in which the images could serve as test remembers that in this case its blockade proceeded to exist.
