RESOLUTION of the procedure of rights protection no. 31/2016, urged by the lady (...) against the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya

The claim related to the law of access is rejected, since the Department facilitated the requested data -and that they were an object of treatment- once it had knowledge of the request. Him precise that the law of cancellation can be denied when there is a duty of conservation.
