RESOLUTION of the procedure of rights protection no. 21/2013, urged by XXX against the Catalan Service of Health of the Department of Health of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

The present protection of rights to consider that the opposition proceeds with respect to the datum of the address estimates that it appears in the medical recipes since the responsible for the treatment has admitted that this datum is unnecessary and because the applicable sectorial regulations do not require the inclusion of this datum.
