RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 8/2013, referring to the Town Council of Lleida

The remission to a Court and on the occasion of an administrative contentious resource of a sanctionative report where documentation that it includes does not represent data of other persons, without these persons being a part in the judicial procedure and without not keeping any relation with the juridical controversy, it constitutes a very severe offense, since they are data related to the commission of administrative offenses.
