RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 61/2014, referring to the Hospital Two of May of Barcelona, of the Integral Sanitary Consortium

The health centre committed a very severe offense for having destroyed the documentation of the denominated clinical history leaves of dosage regime of treatment of its patients before that passed the deadline of five years from the date the registration of each patient. The part is filed of it denounces it corresponding to the destruction of this documentation corresponding to the father of the denouncer, for having prescribed the offense before it appeared denounces it in front of the APDCAT.
