RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 53/2012, referring to the Town Council of Tarragona

The lack of contract of person in charge between the Town Council and the dealer company of the service of immobilization and withdrawal from vehicles of the public way and its posterior deposit is one constitutive of an offense slight, and the lack of the informative legend in the form related to the liquidation of the rate for these services is one constitutive of an offense slight.
