Ordinance accuses himself of illicit communication because local police raised complaint form for offense with data of 2 persons who according to the denouncer do not have anything to do, in such a way that in that to give copy of the event at two o'clock particulars are being revealed to third one. Applied articles: Art. 11 and 44.3.k) of the LOPD
