RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. 50/2012, referring to the Town Council of Tàrrega

The remission to a Court and on the occasion of an administrative contentious resource of a sanctionative report where documentation that it includes represents data of other persons against whom other sanctionative reports have been initiated, without these persons being a part in the judicial procedure and without not keeping any relation with the juridical controversy, it constitutes a very severe offense. On the other hand, the lack of informative legend in the forms of complaint in which the data of the persons are collected presumedly infractors, it is constitutive of a slight offense.
