Result of the resolution: Imposition of penalty
The severe offense of breach of the duty of secret, to remit an electronic mail to a plurality of workers with data about a concrete working person, is stated without being justified. On the other hand, also the severe offense of breach of the principle of security is stated, because the configuration of a computer tool allowed particulars that were not necessary for the exercise of its functions that all users accessed.
