RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 28/2016, referring to the Organization of Tributary Management of the Regional Government of Barcelona

The accusing person sold a property in one third, who debts pending of that property were directed to the ORGT to manure, and payment card that did not contain only these concrete debts, but also others of other properties and concepts was facilitated. This fact is considered constitutive of a severe offense, by the communication of particulars in third one.
