RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 27/2011, referring to the Town Council of L'hospitalet De Llobregat

The catchment of images through systems of videovigilància requires to give fulfillment to the law of information through the placing of the preceptive informative posters, and it is not allowed to pick up images on the public way, unless the forces and security corps in accordance with its specific regulations carry it out.
