RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 23/2016, referring to the Town Council of Sant Cugat del Vallès

Not to inform duly of the existence of the cameras is constitutive of a slight offense. The informative posters have to be installed before the catchment of images starts, and the calculation of the deadline of prescription of the offense does not start while the offense is not corrected. The cameras installed in the dependences from the local policewomen are governed by that established to the Instruction 1/2009.
