RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 23/2013, referring to the Town Council of Torredembarra

The collection of presumed infractors of traffic data in tickets of complaint without including an informative clause of all the extremes of the art. 5 LOPD it constitutes a slight offense, and the treatment of these data on the part of a Regional Government -on account of the Town Council-, by virtue of the delegation of competences and one he orders of management on the part of this Town Council To the Regional Government, without having formalized the corresponding contract or regulation of person in charge of the treatment, it constitutes a slight offense.
