RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 21/2016, referring to the Institute of Public Safety of Catalonia

Incorporating the complete NIF in the identificativa card that the students have to bring into a visible place while it remains in the facilities and in the lists of qualifications, when the persons affected already are identified through another personal datum, it is an excessive treatment that constitutes a severe offense. Not informing duly the persons affected in the collection of its data constitutes a slight offense. Applied articles: 4, 5, 20, 44.2.c, 44.3.a, 44.3.c LOPD.
