It proposes that a person who in the moment of the facts showed the condition of town councilor not ascribed to the Town Council, he committed a severe offense for the cession il·licita of data, in particular for for having spread a bulletin in what among the neighbors of the town an application was published there -included the particulars- that he had presented the person here denouncing in front of the Town Council.
