RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 12/2013, referring to the Town Council of Abrera

Offense by lack of creation of files, since the Town Council recorded images picked up through a system of videovigilància, without the authorization of general disposal published in the corresponding Official Bulletin. Offense of the duty of information related, on the one hand, with the lack of informative poster in some of the dependences where there are installed cameras; and on the other hand not to complement the information facilitated in the informative posters in those cases in which yes these have settled, in accordance with what orders the Instruction 1/2009 Articles applied: 44.3.a), 44.2.c), 5, and 20 of the LOPD; 52 of the RLOPD; 9 and 12 of the Instruction 1/2009
