RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 1/2013, referring to the Town Council of Orís.

The implantation of a system of videovigilància with recording of images and voices without the previous creation of the file through general disposal, constitutes a severe offense. On the other hand, a severe offense is the breach of the principle of proportionality for the catchment and recording of the voice, when this datum is excessive in relation to the pursued purpose. Likewise, not to inform duly through posters of the treatment of the voice through cameras with until of videovigilància, it constitutes a slight offense.
