RESOLUTION OF ARCHIVE of the Previous Information no. 469/2014, referring to the Institute of Statistics of Catalonia and to the Department of Presidency of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

The complaint is filed against the use of the data on the part of the Department of the Presidency for the elaboration and sending of some informative diptychs about the process of the 9N. Although it is not denounced in an express and direct way, the communication of data of the IDESCAT in the Department of the Presidency about this participative process is also approached. It is considered that the communication of data of the IDESCAT was authorized by the Law, and the posterior use of the data on the part of the Department was protected by the art. 6.2 LOPD that authorization the data processing made by the AAPP for the exercise of its competences.
