Communication of the data related to a request of public information.

The representative of one undertaken requested to the Town Council public information of a company competitor. It is filed, on the one hand, in application upward to|in the presumption of innocence, because the commission of the offense has not been able to be proved|tested. The Town Council denies to have given the data of the person requesting of the public information. Moreover, the person to whom the Town Council would presumedly have communicated the data of the applicant also denies that the Town Council had given him|her this information.
On the other hand, in the hypothetical case that the Town Council had facilitated the identity of the person requesting, the Law 19/2014 of transparency, access to the public information and good government, of the information allows to reveal the identity of the applicant of public information when the request can affect rights and interests of third.
