Diffusion of data to the Plenum about disciplinary performances

This phase of previous information is filed to consider that in the present case the right to the freedom of information prevails about the right to the data protection personal. In particular, is considered that the information spread in a Plenum about the beginning of a report informative/disciplinary against a person civil servant it was justified in so far as this revelation was a consequence of the motives for which two matters that had to be treated were withdrawn of the agenda.
