RESOLUTION OF ARCHIVE of the Previous Information no. 123/20(...), referring to the Municipal Institute of Social Services of Tarragona

In the resolutions dictated in the procedures of protection upward of access previously processed by the Authority, an incident of execution and resource of replacement included, the IMSST that the law of access according to determinate conditions made effective there was required indicated. The affected person denounced the one indicated by this Authority that fulfillment had not been given and its law would therefore have been hindered. The performances are filed because even though in pureness all the complete information that proceeded would not have been facilitated, a spirit is not appreciated of hindering or preventing the law of access.
