Right of access to public information that contains particulars

The complaint to consider that the communication of the particulars included in an urbanistic report was protected is filed by the right of access to the public information, according to the foreseen one to the Law of Transparency. In particular, once made the corresponding ponderation, it is considered that the law of access prevails since its exercise had the control as a purpose of legality, and also for the time gone by, since it was a matter of a processed report in year 1973.
