The data protection regulations do not prevent the claimant from accessing the supplementary remuneration requested, as well as the allowances and indemnities corresponding to the personnel occupying managerial positions, of trust, of free designation, of special responsibility, or involving high pay levels, in the terms of FJ VI of this report. As for the rest of the people working in the WG, the data protection regulations would not prevent access to the list of supplementary remuneration, allowances and compensation received during the requested period of time, provided that this information is provided by substituting the name and surnames of the working people by a code that does not allow to identify them.
