Denial of access to information relating to the budget item for the training and improvement of City Council staff

The regulations for the protection of personal data do not prevent the complainant from accessing the information relating to “the budget item for the training and development of City Council staff during 2020. Specifically, the name, concept of training and amount ”, both in relation to training courses organized by the City Council, and in relation to courses organized by third parties. In the case of members of the local police who have taken training courses, they should be identified by the identification number (TIP).
