A Department consults about whether facilitating the data about the number of pupils registered in first course for each degree and Catalan public university, classified depending on the center of secondary of origin (with indication of the town, region and name of the center) when the number of students is inferior to three persons it can harm the statistical secret. The regulations of data protection personal they do not prevent that the requested information is given if in the suppositions in that there is risk that they can claim the information requested to identifiable persons they apply the exposed techniques in this report, especially to facilitate the information for ranks.
