In case the information that incorporates into the data bases of the Juridical Cabinet comes of the courts and courts, given the forecasts of this communication for the corresponding procedural legislations in order to make cash the law of defense, it is neither necessary the Juridical Cabinet complying with the duty of information, nor his collecting the consent with respect to the data brought to the lawsuit on the other parts.
