The Legal Advice Department is responsible for issuing a report on:
a) Bills, projects for regulatory provisions drafted by the government through legislative delegation and the projects for general regulations and provisions that affect personal data protection;
b) Instructions and recommendations for adapting data processing to the principles of current legislation on data protection;
c) The exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition;
d) Inquiries or requests addressed to the Authority;
e) Claims or complaints submitted to the Authority;
f) Any legal advice necessary for the actions of the Authority.
